    0xc0000005 is Access Violation.

Your version number shows that you're not using the latest update, therefore updating your kernel should be the first step.

If you have no idea what's causing the crash, I suggest collecting a memory dump on crash and logging a support request with Microsoft.

There used to be a Crash analysis tool on the Microsoft Dynamics LifeCycle Services site which has been discontinued now.

Updating your kernel version for all AX components (client, AOS, reporting, etc.) is your first priority task as Martin has suggested, since many potential crash-related issues are fixed by doing that.

    blogs.msdn.microsoft.com/.../overview-of-microsoft-dynamics-ax-build-numbers

The other recommendation I have is to capture Windows Performance Monitor traces at least for your CPU, Commit memory size, AX session count and a couple of other useful performance counters for your AX AOS instance that is crashing. It could be helpful to rule out issues with having not enough resources on the server, or a potential memory leak due to X++ code or kernel problems.

If that does not resolve your issue, you need to collect a crash dump, take a look at these:

    blogs.msdn.microsoft.com/.../possibilities-to-create-memory-dumps-from-crashing-processes

    blogs.msdn.microsoft.com/.../what-to-do-if-you-have-a-crash

It is possible to extract some information yourself from these dumps with some time invenstment and skill, but opening a ticket with Microsoft to get it analyzed is the faster option.

Here are the links to give it a try yourself:
