Can anyone help me with a handout how to fill in the interaction template. With its possibilities? We

use Navision NAV 5.0 SP1.

Thanks for the information, it was helpfull. Now I am looking for the Sales and MarketingTechnical White Paper for NAV 5.0 to setup the email with Outlook Exchange. Can you help again? Thanks!
