i'm looking for article that can explain how is the journals will be for the asset transactions acquisition/Depreciation/Disposal .

A second option for disposing fixed assets is scrapping them, which can be realized through an ordinary fixed asset journal in a similar way how you would record depreciations. See e.g. here: technet.microsoft.com/.../aa498367.aspx
Acquisitions of fixed assets can be recorded in a couple of different ways, such as AP invoice journals or purchase orders. You can find some Information here: vsdynamicsfinance.wordpress.com/.../fixed-assets-transactions-acquisition
A final option for acquiring fixed assets is if you build them yourself and activate them through the Project module. This is briefly described here: dynamicsax-fico.com/.../construction-in-progress-project-module
