Hi, How do i know the number of counts for self service and task user license in AX 2012 R2 CU7. I checked it in License info it is showing count zero. Where is the other place to find the count.

    I guess you're looking for User License Count report.

    No Martin it is not for that report.I just wanted to know how many count  i had purchased.This info is avail in License info form for Enterprise and functional uses but it is showing zero for Task and Self service users.

    Sorry, I can't know what exactly you want unless you say it, so I just tried one possible meaning of "count of licenses".

    Are you saying that you've purchased some (non-zero) number of Task and Self service CALs but you don't know how many and want to find it somewhere?

    Hi Reyaz,

    If it shows zero, the latest license file has not been loaded. Ask your partner for the latest license file and check it in a test environment first.
