How to Intergrate Dynamics 365 with an external website

Hello All.

I need assistance with integrating dynamics 365 with an external website.

I have an external website that we used for support. I want a situation whereby when a support request is raised on the support portal, I want it to create a case on Dynamics 365.

Could anyone give me a pointer or a direction on how to go about this?

You can use these methods also to integrate your website.

Perform operations using the Web API

Use the Microsoft Dataverse Organization Service

Hi,

You can achieve your requirement with below tools -

1. Http trigger azure function

2. POWER AUTOMATE with trigger New Http request is recieved

In code/flow you can parse Json and create case record in dynamics CRM.
