Purchase requisition workflow : Managerial hierarchy assignment based on customized field in Worker master

Hello Everyone

This is related to Purchase requisition workflow

Scenario : I have a customized field (checkbox) in Worker master (in below screen). Requirement is If that checbox is True for any worker falling under mangerial heirarchy : PR requisition approval  can be assigned to it but if it is false ,approval assignment should skip that worker and move to level up in Managerial heirarchy . Also whenever that worker is skipped from approval process, an email should trigger to worker.

Please suggest how i can achieve this.

1. AX > Human Resources > Common > Workers   (Customized field highlighted in below screen)

2. AX > Procurement And sourcing > Setup > Procurement and sourcing workflow

    What is the purpose of skipping someone and then sending him a mail that he was skipped in an approval process? Is this a real customer requirement or just some training to do a development?

    Yes its a customer requirement.

    The reason behind skipping someone is because business want to restrict few of the worker even they are falling under managerial hierarchy.

    Hi Ashish,

    What is the reason to send emails when they have been skipped? They might get a lot of the same emails which they will most likely ignore.
