Post and Print function in Sales Invoices in Nav 2017?

Hi,

I notice the Post & Print function is there on Purchase Invoices but it is not there in the Sales invoices in 2017 version? Am I missing something or are we supposed to post the invoice and then go into posted invoices to print it out? If that's the case, then it makes no sense to waste time trying to print an invoice afterwards. I prefer to print as I'm posting.

Please advise.

Thanks very much,

Anam, You are right it is not added on Sales Invoice, but if you post it will open the Posted Document after you post so you can print from there or you need to customize the page to add the new action for Post and Print, you can copy the action from the Sales Return Order Page 6630 and it is the same for Sales Order or Sales Invoice.

Alternatively, you could set up a "Document Sending Profile" which points to a printer. You could use the "Post and Send..."-action then.
