Unfortunately, the standard entity is available on  Field Service solution only.

    Hi,

Payments are normally processed in Financial systems (like Dynamics 365 Finance & Ops.). Payments were never part of Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CRM).

Normally, once payments are processed in Financial System (ERP), payment status is synced back to Sales Order.

But, you can definitely mold Field Services Payment entity as per your need (if you have license), or you can create your own entity as well.

    Hi Mehdi,

Yes, I can create it, but Shouldn't Payment entities be available as predefined like many others? e.g. Account, Order, Invoice etc.

    Thanks,

    Arslan

    Hi,

You can create your own payment entity if you don't want to use the Field Service module.

    Hi,

Should I have to buy to install Dynamics 365 Field Service?

I tried to create an unmanaged solution to add existing table but Payments entities are not showing up, I think that's because I do not have field service installed.

    Thanks,

    Arslan

    Hi,

    Thank you for your query.

Please note, The Payment entity is part of Field Services solution and linked with Work Order (not with Sales Order).

If you are using field services, you should see this table in Power Apps under Field Services solution:

It's better to create your own unmanaged solution and add Payment entity to it. Please make sure you are using correct environment:
