Hi,

I have developed a new report using Business Central and CRM data. I merged the tables using Power Query and built the report in Power BI Report Builder. The report is working, but the output is very slow.

How can I improve the report performance? Any suggestions or best practices to optimize query execution and loading time would be helpful.

You first need to check what is the cause of the slow performance, and the performance analyzer can help:

he only solution I see, or the starting point I would suggest, is using the Performance Analyzer. Since three systems are connected, you'll need to break it down and identify which system is causing the issue. My suspicion is that it's CRM

Also see if you can limit the columns in your query.
