the value 'xxx' is not found in the map

Hi All,

I Exported records from one instanceA and i'm trying to import the same into another instanceB.(both are Ax 4) Which is having the same table,fields and required enum's. When i'm importing the excel i'm getting the error 'the value '007::xxx' is not found in the map'. Note : '007::xxx' is the Enum Value.

If anybody come across this error pls advise me to solve.

Hi Maria,

Check the table in instanceB. Perhaps this has changed from instanceA. If they all look the same, create one record manually in instanceB with that enum value and export out the table. Then you can compare the difference in the excel files.

can you check if the excel generated after the data export has all the supporting EDT values present. i.e in the #Lookup tab of excel, the value '007::xxx' is available?

You need to referesh the usage Data from Tools> Options > Usage data> reset button.

I have come across the same issue and it was due to EDT values in the excel templates as DG replied.
