Benefit Programs - D365HR - Benefit management module

Posted on by 972

Hello,

I have some concerns for Benefit program on D365HR - Benefit management module.

When i added the Benefit program on benefit plan:

- System said that: Employees will have to be eligible for the entire program to be able to enroll this benefit plan.

In addition, i didn't add the Eligibility rule on my Benefit plan.

- My setting for Benefit program:

Employee which has age between 0-55

Legal entity: USMF

Worker type: Employee

However, after running the process

Employee Jodi is still eligible for the program, although 1 condition is failed

Worker benefit plans

Please help me advice,

Thanks,

    Hi C. Shenk,

Only Jodi is over 55, and when i checked the Process result, i saw that, when the 1st rule is failed, system will check the 2nd rule, and if it is passed, this plan will be Eligible.

Other employees already passed the 1st rule so they are Eligible for this Benefit plan.

My concern is that, as described on MS docs and when i added the Benefit program on Benefit plan, system said only employee who is eligible for entire program is able to enroll the benefit plan.

    Thank and best regards,

    Thu,

    Hello ThuNgo,

I am attempting to get caught up on threads, but did see this new one come through. First question as a test - I see that employee as being of 49 years of age, so should meet your eligibility requirement. I take it if that policy is removed, she then meets all eligibility requirements?

The other thought would be if you have an employee that you know should NOT meet the criteria, i.e. someone that should be over the age of 55, do they flag correctly?
