Business Alerts and Extended Pricing Tables

Is there a way to create a business alert for an extended pricing table?

I need to create an alert for the end date of a price sheet. The table is SOP10110 but i cannot seem to obtain this table in Business Alerts. Maybe i am looking in the wrong place?

It's under Dictionary: Microsoft Dynamics GP --> Series: Sales and the name is Extended Pricing Price Sheet Header.

Hi Bill,

I checked again and that table is not available for me in Business Alerts. Any suggestions?

You may be able to add it by using the Business Alert Table Maintenance window. (Microsoft Dynamics GP >>> Tools >>> Utilities >>> System >>> Business Alerts) I however wasn't able to process adding the table to business alerts from that window because the process button was grayed out for me. I don't know if that is normal or because we don't have the module set up. I would start there though. If that doesn't work the table that stores what tables are available for business alerts is SY40501 in the Dynamics database.

Bill Bonney gave good advice. You do need to use the Business Alerts in System Utilities in order to add your table.
