SharePoint links in Real-Time Marketing emails

We are trying to add direct SharePoint links in our real-time Marketing email to be sent to our internal Sales team, but it keeps defaulting back to the overall folder instead of going to the direct link of the document we're trying to share. Is this something related to our SharePoint setup having issues, or is this a Microsoft Dynamics limitation?

    Hi partner,

I'm not sure what you mean by "return to folder" is document or your own folder that holds the files you want to share?

I tested it in my environment and didn't find the problem you mentioned. Please make sure you copy the correct documentation link.

please refer to this link: blog.mydock365.com/adding-a-link-to-sharepoint-document-library

If you have any ideas, please feel free to contact me.
