No user can make any changes to accounts

Whenever a user tries to make a change to an account the dynamic system throws the below error. This is for all users in Sandbox and prod. These users all have license and can still make new accounts and contacts they just can't change any account after it is made.

checked access according to it the user I am login as should be able to make changes to accounts

Hello User,

Can you go to the Account record and then click on Check Access button. Then search for the user in lookup. Check if user is having permission or not.

Hi There,

My suggestion will be to find the roles assigned to the users, and check the privileges for the Account entity. Secondly, ensure that the roles have Write privileges for Accounts.
