Stop Create of Record based on Condition

Hello,

I have a requirement to stop Create of Letter based on data associated with the regarding Case record. I realized we cannot do this using the Workflow, as we cannot cancel the process on Create of record trigger. I am not sure how to get this done using a Webresource. Can someone help with options I can utilize to stop this create of record.

    Hello,

    If its from OOB Behaviour, then try to stop Plugin from Plugin Registration tool on Association.

    Else once created create a flow to delete the letter.

    This is my suggesstion. Lets wait for Others reply too.
