How can I say in an expression on Visual studio that if a Value contains a "-" Replace this with a ", ". Say my field is called =Fields!RibbonType.Value

=Replace(Fields!Description.Value,"tube","headlight")
Note: Better if you can handle in OnAfterGetRecord() Trigger
You can use CONVERTSTR in CAL code to replace the character or string. You can refer https://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/dd354916(v=nav.90).aspx
