Have problem from tracked Email to Dynamic365.

Hi, I want to display mail after track to Dynamic365 
- At mail > select mail > select 'Tracked To Dynamics 365' > show symbol  'Tracked To Dynamics 365' at mail
- On web Dynamic365 > search mail > not found but before that 05 Jul can search and found it
- Check at setting of Email Configuration > show Failure
- Admin check log show error 'mailbox is disabled' on 7 Jul > click 'Approve Email', 'Deactive and activate mailbox', However it not work

Please help me to solve it
