Unable to delete journal lines

Hello - 

I have uploaded an invoice journal into AX 2012 by using Atlas 6.0.  The entry appears in my open journals queue, and will post as is, but if I try to modify the entry (in this case, I tried to delete 2 corresponding and balanced lines - one Debit Ledger line and one Credit Vendor line), i receive an error saying 'number sequence 0 does not exist', and when I re-examine the journal entry, I can see that the the Debit Ledger line remains while the Credit Vendor line has been successfully deleted, resulting in an unbalanced total Journal Entry.  Any ideas how to fix this issue?  Thank you all for your assistance.

    If it is working when you enter lines manually. I would say compare lines created via Atlas with manually entered lines and see if there is any field values missing for lines created via Atlas.

    Hi Dan,

    In that case, you have to review how the lines are created using Atlas; which values and if the data is saved in the same way as you do it manually. If not, it might be a bug within Atlas.

    If lines are manually created in AX, I am able to delete them with no error.

    Hi Dan,

    What happens if you create the lines manually in the system (not via Atlas). Are you then able to do the deletion?

    Hi Andre -

    There is no offset account being used, so the two lines correspond to a balanced voucher.  I've tested multiple journal types and scenarios: multi-line, multi-voucher (no offset accounts being used) entries, 2 line entries, and single line entries utilizing an offset account.  Each time, one line remains, and I receive the same "number sequence 0 does not exist" error.

    Hi Dan,

    Why do you have two lines with the same voucher number in the invoice journal? I do think this could be the problem. Each vendor transaction should have its own voucher number (if there is an offset account used).

    Thanks for your reply, Ludwig.  The transaction uploaded through Atlas and is sitting in the as an unposted journal (open invoice journal).  Atlas has worked before, and does indeed still work, we just are unable to the uploaded entry in AX.

    Has this transaction already been posted somehow or is it just a journal that has been filled?

    Has the Atlas integration ever worked before?

    Hi Dan,

    Do you delete the lines from the AX client or also within Atlas? Do these lines have the same voucher number?
