Can we set more than one responsibility center using security filter to a user?

In this case you can use security filters to restrict visibility of global dimensions (msdn.microsoft.com/.../hh166853(v=nav.90).aspx) on the records. For separate divisions you might also want to look at Responsibility Centers (msdn.microsoft.com/.../hh179498(v=nav.90).aspx).
Thanks all for the reply. Two divisions are present in one location. Users should be limited to view only their divisions transaction records. Manager should view both the divisions transaction records. How to achieve this? Is there a way to assign multiple responsibility center to a userid?
You can setup dimension combinations in standard functionality: msdn.microsoft.com/.../hh168803(v=nav.90).aspx . Is this what you are looking for?
Can you be a level more specific on this please.
