Lines with amount zero in Subledger account

I am posting in production environment and for the invoice received from the vendor, two lines with 0 appear when posting and later in the Subledger. These lines are not in the general ledger or on the vendor. Can you tell me why the program adds these lines and what their purpose is?

    This shouldn’t happen, and it doesn’t make sense.
     
    The only cause I can think of for duplicate subledger records is if someone has manipulated the backing tables for ledger dimensions.
     
    How many invoices have you observed this issue with?
    Do you notice anything unusual in the accounting distribution?
    Are you aware of any customizations or extensions to the SourceDocument framework?

    Multiple invoices have this issue.
    I noticed in Accounting distribution whenever Price variance has minus in front this happens - I'm not sure if this causes the issue. 
    There was customization regarding some dates that were automatically transferred from PO to invoice (Delivery date from and Delivery date to).
