PM Apply To History Data Not Showing on EFT Output

Hi

I have been trying to get data from the "PM30300 -- PM Apply To History File" table in EFT setup but the after generating the EFT file, the section is blank.

I am refering specifically to the Apply to Document Number (APTODCNM) field that I want to read in as the Addenda.

I am using a custom setup from the bank specifications in my country:

with that setup for Addenda in the EFT file format, the field comes out blank in the text file generated (data 'ABC123' should appear in the highlighted field with 50 character field length):

The same is true for anyother data I try to read from that table. Why does this not populate any data from this table ? everthing else works perfectly.

I have 3 sections to the EFT file format, the header, detail and file control.

    Hello,

I would recommend trying the steps from the following article and pulling the data from the Apply To History table.

    https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/968015/how-to-change-the-us-nacha-ccd-format-to-include-an-invoice-number-in

There is a note in here that also states that this will only work if you are producing 1 payment per invoice, which may be part of your original issue as well.

Note To print the invoice number, make sure that you select Invoice in the One Check Per drop-down list in the Select Payables Checks window. To do this, follow these steps:

On the Transactions menu, point to Purchasing, and then click Select Checks.

    1. In the One Check Per drop-down list, click Invoice.

I will leave this open to the community if there is anyone else who has ran into this or has an example for your to reference.

    Thanks,

    Isaac Olson
