Issue while running payment proposal

Whenever i run payment proposal, if my vendor balance is 5 lakhs, i am getting only 500 in payment proposal. Can anyone help me out.

What exact parameters do you provide when creating the payment proposal? Is a number specified for the Limit amount parameter? Is on the journal name or journal header a line limit set?
