An exchange rate cannot be found for exchange rate type Default between currencies EUR and USD on exchange date 5/31/2019.

Hi Experts, 

Not sure what am I doing wrong. I get the below error even when I have nothing to do with EUR to USD or vice versa. My base currency for company is NZD and I don't do any transactions relating to EUR to USD or vice versa. 

An exchange rate cannot be found for exchange rate type Default between currencies EUR and USD on exchange date 5/31/2019.

While, I define the currency conversion charges between EUR to USD, the error disappears. But that's not which is required for my instance. 

Please can someone guide me.

    Figured out. Thank you for helping out. PO currency was USD, while manual rating currency was EUR, USD and NZD. While, there is a conversion setup from NZD to EUR and NZD to USD; EUR to USD conversion was missing in the setups and hence getting the error.

    Once I defined, it worked. System is actually apportioning the charges on PO in the PO currency with conversion. So that needs to be defined.

    Hi Vaibhav,

    I'm using other currencies can cannot reproduce it quickly. What currencies are used on the PO or SO and what currencies did you setup for the rating?

    Hi Andre,

    My bad. Should have listed the repro steps. There is no break in the functionality but I get this as message in action center when I do manual rating of a load and define the rate route details manually and save it.

    Hi Vaibhav,

    You are not telling us where you get this error. What process are you running? Do you get the error on all places where currencies are used or just a single process?

    You can check if you have setup a reporting currency for 'EUR' or 'USD' where a transaction will be created in the other currency. Also check if somehow you have enabled triangulation. If this is not solving your issue, then please provide more information related to my first comments.
