Dear Sirs,
I am Djordje researcher from Tipteh. When I have installed PC app Dynamics 365 Guides I have no 3D toolkit. I have found in documentation that this 3D toolkit is usually preinstalled. (https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/mixed-reality/guides/create-steps-assign-media#add-a-3d-model-from-the-3d-toolkit ). Please could you provide a link to download this 3D toolkit to make my Guides look and work better.

We have identified the issue - there was a problem with original installation and setup of your guides environment.
To fix it, please follow these steps:
Go to admin.microsoft.com as an Admin
2. From the left menu, go to Users -> Active Users
3. Find and click on the user that’s used for installation
4. Go to the License and Apps tab
5. Make sure "Dynamics 365 Guides" is selected
6. Scroll to the bottom until you see "Apps", click on it to expand it
7. From the "Show Apps for:" drop down, select Dynamics 365 Guides
8. Make sure all 3 of the followings are checked: CDS, Guides, and PowerApps
9. Click on Save Changes to apply the changes
Once done please follow instructions to install Guides Solution again: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/mixed-reality/guides/setup-step-two#install-and-configure-the-solution
Please note that this might overwrite any guides you've already authored - if this is a concern then please let me know and we'll try to solve the problem another way.
