As a seller i am not able to see the option to customize the option for default metrics in CRM under the app setting of the application. Is there any specific setting for this functionality?

Also, i want to ask if i can add the default metrics in CRM and make them available all users?

Hi,

Not sure if I understand your question clearly but are you trying to modify option set ? if yes you need customizer role to do any customization in the system. if my understanding is not correct please share some screenshot that will help to understand your question.
