Update 2.1 Problem

We are testing out the the 2.1 upgrade to Dynamics 365 on-premise and we have run into a strange problem. On certain computers when you try to open any entity record the loading image comes up and it just spins and the form never loads. We have fixed this by going into the F12 developer tools, switching compatibility mode from "Edge" to "10" and it continues to work even when we switch it back to "Edge". This is not a fix we want to have to do on a large number of computers. Has anyone else run into this issue?

    we are facing same issue , after update 2.1 some forms not loading in IE , but seems to be work on Chrome for some users

    any help ?

    This could be caused by the browser still having some older versions of scripts cached. Try completely clearing the browser cache and then restart the browser before navigating to the form again.

    fantastic.... you save the time ....

    You don't believe , we we checking event view and no errors and then thinking what it could be. then we thought we might need to do windows updates on desktops...  but we knew browser issue..... didn't think script error.
