Nav 2013 users licenses fully occupied. How do I see which users?

I myself as sa/super admin cannot even launched naviion to see who is using it.

Using the nav development environment, I cannot launched the active sessions table.

Is there any more method I can use to see who is using it beside asking some users to log out?

    IN NAV 2013.  In RTC  type Sessions and open the page, you'll see a list of users connected to the service tier.

    In NAV 2013 there are no more sessions information in File/Database/Information.

    I am checking by going File -- > Database  ---> Information ---> Sessions in Nav 2009 SP1.

    I hope you can try.

    Can't we check from SQL Query?
