Email wrong tracking

Hi All,

We have recently observed that emails with different subjects from same customer is getting tracked in the same case automatically. Just want to inform that, we are only using the CRM tracking token for the correlation . Any help will be highly appreciated as business my business users having tough time as they are missing new requests.

We have configured server side for email tracking.
