Solution woes, help!

I am working to migrate an old On Premise v9 Dynamics 365 Sales system to Online.  I am hitting a problem because there is a managed solution loaded in the On Premise solution that no one, including the supplier has a copy of.

The supplier has update the solution for new clients changing it substantially and critically, removing components that have been used to build workflows and other key business logic in the system.

The original plan was to load the latest version of the solution into the new online environment, take the customisations from all the other tables to the new environment then map the data across.  But we can't do this as we cannot get the customisations solution to load in the new online environment because it has multiple dependencies on the old managed solution which only seems to exist in this one environment.

Has anyone had this experience and found a way through it?  What I am looking for is an approach I can take here to extract the customisations I need without the dependencies on the managed solution but everything seems totally intertwined.

Any ideas?

    Hello Nettsales,

Microsoft can help you get the data and customizations moved from an On-Premise to an Online environment.

Note: Currently, the OP2OL migration services support Dynamics CRM 2015 (on-premises) and later versions.
