then the most practical approach is:
Add a hidden or visible identifier for the sharer (email, employee ID, representative name, etc.).
Use Power Automate:
Trigger: When a new response is submitted
Get response details
Read the identifier
Send an email or Teams notification to that specific user.
Without capturing the sharer's identity somewhere in the process, neither Microsoft Forms nor Power Automate can determine who originally distributed the link.
