Error when save worker Time Registration: Badge ID is already used

I have some issues when save time registration for workers. At first this worker in under Pending workers. Then I delete it and create new in Human Resource > Workers > Employees since he already join. But after I register in Time registration, there's an error: Badge ID XXXXX is already used. Can anyone advise me how to fix this?

I already check and there's no duplicate badge ID from other Worker

The warning message sounds like the data for the specific Badge ID already exists.

My suggestion is to log a support ticket so that our team can take a look at the data so we can check where the Badge ID exists.
