I have another question still regarding the courses section.
I would like to find out which courses should be considered: Should I only considered the ones offered by the company or even those employees took on their own out of the company to further their career or to fill a gap at work?
Hi NoNamw,
I am not sure I understand correctly your question. Could you rephrase it ?
Hi Micha,
I would like to find out the types of courses that should be considered under that learning section. I understand that they are different from the college and university that almost everybody has.
Hello NoNamw,
Thank you for the question - if I understand the question, you are asking what types of courses should be considered for being put into the 'Learning' form under D365 Human Resources > Learning, is that correct? In other words, what classes should be listed and available to users here?
Typically it would be up to the business to decide how best to use the module to track their employees development - but courses related to certain job functions, new qualifications rolled out company wide, career development goals fostered by the company itself, or progress towards certifications - this module fills that gap to some extent, and often with manager involvement. Is that more of what you are referring to? What kind of courses are you needing to have listed?
