5Hello,
Starting from this week, 22-April 2024, the option to Open document in combination with SharePoint Document Location setting in Customer Engagement doesn't render the file anymore, it shows the message below instead of the actual file and the option to download the file as zip.
/Name of File - ID of the file
Hmm… looks like this file doesn't have a preview we can show you./
Anyone else has this issue as well?
