For one and only one of my customers whenever I run a statement report I get the error listed above.
- I have tried to add a statement through Document Layouts, yes all different statements and none i.e. the default.
- I can run statements for any other customer, with any statement from document layouts, or none selected.
- I can run an aged accounts receivable report for this customer.
- I can run any other report for this customer. Just not the statement.
I am open to suggestions because I am out of ideas.
