I keep getting the error "No data exists for the specified report filters" when ever I run a Statement Report for a single customer.

For one and only one of my customers whenever I run a statement report I get the error listed above.

  • I have tried to add a statement through Document Layouts, yes all different statements and none i.e. the default.
  • I can run statements for any other customer, with any statement from document layouts, or none selected.
  • I can run an aged accounts receivable report for this customer.
  • I can run any other report for this customer. Just not the statement.

I am open to suggestions because I am out of ideas.

    Did someone uncheck the 'print statements' on this customer's record?
