Good day!
For your kind assistance, client user can't access the document management. What role or duties that I need to assign to user so that they can access the document management module?

Hi Sharlene,
The Document management module is not standard. This might be part of a customization or partner solution. You can open several forms from this menu. Then on the top menu go to the menu tab 'Options' where you can find the option for Security diagnostics. That form will provide information about linked roles, duties and privileges.
As mentioned above, no privilege or duty will have read-only or restricted access to a complete module. The regular operation is to control access to functionalities and processes, not just modules.
