I have sent an email to a segment containing some of our clients.
However when I go to retrieve the statistics for this email, they are completely off.
When looking at the customer journey I sent the email in, it tells me that 2108 emails were delivered.
When I look at the statistics by going to the insights of the email itself, it states that only 7 have been delivered.
Why are these so different?

The way you have described your problem is slightly confusing.
When you are saying :

=> what do you mean ?

=> Does this align with the number you are expecting to see? Does this match your segment members? Note the time frame filter on your customer journey results window. Is it set to the time frame you are interested in?

=>A few things so show you here, note the time frame window and the customer journey filter at the top of the screen. If you don't select a customer journey, it will display combined results for the email performance.
Then, if you scroll down to the Delivery details section, you can expand it and see if you have any emails, that were not delivered for some reason and yon can see why.
