Dynamics GP Slow to load for one user

I have one user, who I've verified the issue on other workstations when she logs into any company it is slow for the home page to load. It takes 2-5 minutes for the screen to load after logging in, but then it works fine. I have had other users log in on her computer and it works fine, so we know it's not her computer account, but more of her GP account.

    Hi,

    Once the user is logged in, a few areas to review.

    Check the Start-up folder, (left side navigation area).  It may be the are a number of addidtional modules loading for here.

    Also, see what Custom reminders are active.  If one is looking at a large SmartList this is refreshing in full each time the home-page is selected, and if the list is 1000's of lines long that could explain the wait.

    What version of Dynamics you have?

    --I had the same issue you described with only one user. After changed the ODBC to 64bit connection to the database all solved. Check the ODBC of the others computers. Also Check for personalizations and addins for that particular user. --
