Connector for Microsoft Dynamics Issues with CRM and NAV

Hi All,

I'm working on synchronization between CRM and NAV using Connector for Microsoft Dynamics. Earlier, the syncing was happening properly between CRM and NAV. After some changes from CRM developments, I was unable to sync Account to Customer. Later, discussing with CRM team, we identified one of the mandatory field 'Address' was removed from the form which caused error while clicking the Submit button. After keeping that field, I was not getting error while clicking the Account page's 'Submit' but still the data is not pushed to Connector.

Secondly, CRM's order to NAV's Sales Order, In my Order page, I'm not able to view the 'SUBMIT ORDER' button at all. Without clicking it, I cannot sync to Connector or NAV. Kindly, help me out if anyone have faced these issues.

FYI:

To resolve this, I configured NAV and CRM in Adapter settings several times. Also, reinstalled Connector for Microsoft Dynamics but couldn't make it possible.

    Hi Saravanan,

    I'm having a smilar problem.

After updating "CRM 2015" to "CRM 2015 Update 1", the "Submit Order" button on a sales order in Dynamics CRM does not work anymore. It simply makes an invoice, but it does not sent the order to Navision.

If anyone has a solution I would greatly appreciate any suggestions!

Without more information I can not really comment on the first issue, other than to open a support ticket.  The second issue is a known issue with update 1 that will be resolved in update 2 for Dynamics CRM 2015 online.

    Hi,

First of all you should check the connector log for failure and if possible try to share with us .

Have you tried with different database of Connector with fresh setting or installation if not please try.
