    Hi Chadi,

This is a default behaviour. And as the error message suggest, the record is already attached to the work order.

When you add Incident to work order, it actual adds the same characteristic to the work order. So when you add another incident, it try to again relate the same characteristic to the work order and because that chracteristic is already added, CRM complains that it is already added.

You need to add an incident which has a different characteristic.

    Hope this helps.

Thank you Ravi for your feedback.

The behavior only occurred in the latest updates of Field Service solution.

when you add incident to work order the user will not go through all the incident to check the skills related to it.

if two different incidents have driver license as skill we will never be able to create them under them same work order. (Which is a bit annoying and always happens with real world scenario)

the correct behavior should be if we add two incident that both have the same skill, is not to add it twice to the resource requirement and not to raise an exception and stop the user from adding the second incident.

    I there a workaround  for this ?

    Hi Chadi,

This is done through Out of box Field Service plugin so if you disable that plugin then it won't happen. I did disable and then enabled it and now I am not getting the error.

The plugin is on the create of  workorderincident entity as pre-operation. refer below-

    Hope this helps.
