I tried installing healthcare accelerator in creating a new trial environment with no other dynamics application in the tenant and it did install and worked perfectly, but according to this post we need to install the Sales/marketing/service or field service/PSA in order to use the healthcare accelerator. Can anyone please shade some light in this , maybe i did not understand it correctly.

You need to have the following solutions installed and then you will be able to procced further with Health Accelerator.
Either you can Install this Solution and go to GIT Hub and download the version of the accelerator that has had these components removed as dependencies. You can also download managed or unmanaged versions of the accelerator from GIT Hub.
