    Hi There,

    There are 4 types of forms in model driven application: Main, Quick Create, Quick View, Card.

    As you already had added the country lookup field on the quick create form, you can add that field to the Accounts (MAIN) form.

    If you still have issues or need clarification do reach out. Happy to help !

    Finally, once your issue is resolved and my suggested answer has helped, please do not forget to click Yes under "Did this answer your question?" to close this thread.

    Thanks

    You will need to add it in Main form in Account Entity.

    You will find the Main form with name Account in form list.

    @affan,

    Added the Lookup in Main Form and published

    And I see no result in the Form.
