When creating Tasks within a CJ, we are limited to only 3 options. Is not possible to assign a task either to a group, ie: "sales team" or an individual?
These 3 options below are very limiting.
Any ideas?

There is no way to add options to this drop-down field. As a workaround, you could use workflow to do this. Please refer to this thread:
