How i see program log about modifier? Example cutomer form modifier when datetime or table modifier when datetime.

You should talk with your implementation partner and/or developer about it. But you can find the version control history in dev system by right clicking an object in AOT and selecting History. However depending on your deployment process and chosen VCS system the exact place where you should inquire this info might differ. You definetely need to include technical experts in this discussion.
Thank Nikolaos for answer.I not sure version control in DynamicAx2012.Where check version control in my app.My auditor request for check when form or table or report modifier I not find menu in my application for check about it.
