D365FO custom service cannot be accessed from external applications

Hi,


We have external application trying to access D365FO custom service (Service Group-> Services) and getting below error.

We have registered app in azure and in D365FO system administration -> Azure AAD. This is our UAT D365FO where we recently restored the db from LIVE. On LIVE, this custom service works fine.

We modified configuration wherever needed but not sure what is this permission issue.

I am not sure why this issuer fails to validate. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

    The same issue has been discussed here. Please have a look and see if the suggestions help you resolve the issue.

    This external application is developed by other team in my organization and that uses Logic Apps to call the Dynamics custom service. Apparently  we found that we can access these Dynamics services from soap utility available on git that proves that there is no issue with Dynamics services or any kind of permission. The Logic Apps team is going to verify their configuration and see what they can find. I will keep you posted here whatever is the outcome.
