we are purchased microsoft dynamics nav 2015 from Niche business solutions .but they didn't finish their implememtation part in this ERP perfectly.

And also ,the renewal of ERP came.

but we don't know how to renewal the nav 2015 through onine itself.

Can you give me the procedure details of renewal process of nav2015?

Saurabh is right. Renewal of the enhancement plan (street name is "maintenance") is required to be done with a NAV partner, usually the one holding your license. There can be other business models like renting where this is included, but none of these allow you to purchase and pay the enhancement plan directly from Microsoft. So... Niche would be the next step, or you do a partner change. I would prefer talking to the current partner first.

Re: Niche... Gawd, is this a hipsterism-infested, contentless site... unbelievable. I know these are the height of fashion somewhere, but they are also pretty much unusable. Anyway, I would suggest to find a competent partner for your ERP needs.

The process of partner change is really easy and fast. Indeed, if you have access to CustomerSource you can obtain your PIN number... and with that, the new partner can manage the partner change online.
