    Good Morning allaboutax,

The report was originally not made available for UK for for CAN and USA only. I am not sure on which exact version you are but would recommend that you talk to your IT developers. It might be the case that something has been adjusted, which causes this issue.

    Best regards,

    Ludwig

The report is actually being run in UK company? what do you mean by adjustment? do you think it has something to do with code and why report displays all 0's, but when we clear usage it runs fine?

    Hello allaboutax,

If you create a new product receipt in a demo/test environment do you see this transaction in the report?

How did you run / open the report, i.e. what parameter/filter selections did you make?

    Best regards,

    Ludwig

What Ax version? There were a number of problems that were resolved by hotfixes or later versions e.g. see https://community.dynamics.com/ax/f/microsoft-dynamics-ax-forum/101003/accrued-purchases-report---ax-2012

A known cause is that this  occurs because the system has no check logic that detects a canceled packing skip and inserts all purchase results into the vendAccruedPurchasesTmp_NA temporary table and displays the table in the final report  as 0s see  https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/2681988/the-system-displays-the-purchase-order-in-the-accrued-purchases-report

    Hello allaboutax,

Are you operating AX2012 for a legal entity in the USA or CAN? The accrued purchase report in AX2012 was originally released for companies operating in those countries only. If you are not operating in those countries then an adjustment must have been made and you should possibly check how this adjustment was made and whether everything is ok with this modification.

    Best regards,

    Ludwig

ok yes I looked through but no of them seem to relate to 0's on the report. Each time I clear usage data the report will display correctly but when I try running again the report displays again with 0's

    Hello allaboutax,

Please check LCS for available hotfixes.

Note: For the accrued purchases report a number of hotfixes have been released.

There is even one bug MS is currently working on.

    See e.g. fix.lcs.dynamics.com/.../Results

    Best regards,

    Ludwig

Yes it did, if i run report clear usage and run report again then it will bring in data but if I run it again after that it displays 0's and blank spaces unless i keep clearing usage data. I just enter in today's date and then run it.

    Hi allaboutax,

Did it work before in this same environment? What query filters and parameter values are specified when you run this report?
