Auto Email Dashboard issue with error message

Hi, I have an issue with Auto Email.

It shows an error message : A call to MailKit.Net.Smtp.SmtpClient.Send failed with this message: 5.1.6 Recipient addresses in single label domains not accepted.

I need to manually remove this message in that Error message and the email will go to Emails not yet sent and I can process the emails. Can anyone show me how to solve this issue?

It looks like you are running some kind of add-on / extension to Business Central so i think you need to contact the partner or ISV that created this add on app to get support from the. The screen shot you are showing does not look like standard pages in Business Central.
