hi,
We are having an issue with following error
Exception message:
Violation of PRIMARY KEY constraint 'PKAAG10001'. Cannot insert duplicate key in object 'dbo.AAG10001'. The duplicate key value is (586836, 1).
Violation of PRIMARY KEY constraint 'PKAAG10002'. Cannot insert duplicate key in object 'dbo.AAG10002'. The duplicate key value is (586836, 1, 1).
This work fine TWO Database but not with the client company database, run AA Index script without any joy?
Anyone experienced this issue?
Thanking you in advance
Kanti
Hi Derek,
Thank you for update and yes it turnout to be defect record in AAG00102 table. Once we resolved this it fixed the issue.
Thank you again
Best Regards
Kanti
I spoke with someone from the AA team and they suggested that they would run an update AAG00102 script and look for orphans in these two AAG tables.
Without actually running the eConnect integration, since it works fine on the sample TWO database, it would seem to indicate you're not running into any type of defect with the application, but more an issue with the data in the non-sample company database(s).
The primary key on the AAG10001 table is looking at the aaGLWorkHdrID and aaGLWorkDistID columns, while the primary key on the AAG10002 table is looking at the aaGLWorkHdrID, aaGLWorkDistID and aaGLWorkAssignID columns.
Let us know if you have any questions, otherwise an actual support case with our AA team may get you a quicker resolution.
Thanks
