Work items assigned to me link not working

Hi, I have developed a new workflow using D365's wizard that is assigned on a new table (leave requests table) and a new form. Everything is working perfectly except that when the approver accesses the "Work items assigned to me" form from the dashboard and tries to click on a leave request to approve it, the link goes to the correct form but it does not filter the exact leave request ID.

I have the same question (0)

What exactly does it do? pick the first id in the form or something else. When using the assigned to me form there is a filter on your user id maybe it doesnt have that in the link?

Yes Anup when I click on it it takes me to the first record in the form instead of filtering on the correct record (request ID is the primary key).

I did not link any form to the "work items assigned to me" form, but maybe the link goes to the leave requests form because it's assigned as "FormRef" in the leave requests table properties.

    Hello Sathish,

Do you have exactly the same table, form and issue?

This thread seems a bit old. I would suggest you raise a new question and explain in-depth.

    Hi Komi,

    Thanks for the reply.

We resolved by providing the Enum parameter as "ForEdit" and Enum Type Parameter as "FormOpenMode" in menu item property of the form.

    Regards,

    Sathish. C
