AP journal name

I created a journal name in GL>Setup>Journal names form and type is vendor invoice recording......but when i create the AP invoice journal I do not see the new journal name in the drop down list? does anyone know what needs to be done to see the new journal name?

Do you have any restrictions in place or is the journal private for a specific user group that you don't belong to?

Hi Janie,

When you fresh your Journal names list, does the name you just created exist?

I tried it and can see the created name in Account payable> Invoice journal.

no restrictions and there are no user groups created

This is very simple function, the only way you can make it invisible to make the journal as private, except this we cant make in just vanis.

Can you share the screen ahot of the journal you created?
